Delivery charge is excluded in the quoted price for all items. A flat delivery charge shall be levied for a minimum net order (i.e. after discount), all as quoted in the transaction flow (Shop) towards the end when you have placed your order.
No delivery will be made to locations/places of high security (e.g. army camps, cargo terminals, prisons etc).
Delivery within Singapore is about 2-5 working days by normal mail, and 2-3 working days by Registered mail. These timings are estimates given by SingPost and are still subject to their delivery schedules.
While we endeavour to deliver the products, we do not accept responsibilities for late or non-deliveries due to the following conditions:
Recipient is not present at the given address or at the stated delivery time slot.
The address given is incorrect.
No such person or name at the given address.
Non-contactable telephone numbers of recipient was given to us.
Delivery rejected by recipient.
If you would like the products to be redelivered to you due to any of the above reasons, a redelivery charge shall apply.
